The Fall of the house of Usher

It was impossible to post this before and I don't have the handout with me now, I'll try to remember the questions, here we go:

1. The narrator goes to the house of Usher because he got a letter from Roderick Usher.
2. The letter says that Roderick is ill in body and mind and that he needed to see his friend.
3. Roderick is ill physically and mentally.
4. Madeleine is mysteriously ill, she is weak and sleeps a lot.
5. The narrator reads a book because Roderick is very nervous for the storm.
6. The book that the narrator reads is called "The sad, mad life of Sir Lancellot Canning". The main character is called Ethelred.
7. Madeleine is put in the vault because the doctor wants to investigate the reason why she was ill.
8. The sounds from inside of the house belongs to Madeleine, trying to escape from the vault.
9. In end, erick dies shocked, Madeleine dies too, the narrator escapes from the house, which splits and disappears.
