TOPIC:
Types of films.
DATE:
Presentations starting on , July 4th.
GROUPS:
Students will work in groups (3 per group)
LENGTH OF THE PRESENTATION:
5 minutes minimum.
POWERPOINT:
Presented on a cd, only images
Trailer of the films.
The type of film will be chosen by the students freely.
Each group will be responsible for collecting information necessary to fill 5 minutes.
Important: trailers are not included to fill 5 minutes.
All groups will prepare their presentations in class on Wednesday 29 th , Thursday 30th and Friday 1st , presenting a written report of the work done. This will have a grade that will affect the final evaluation of the Presentation. Those days the students must bring printed material, books or any publications containing information, which can be in English or Spanish.
On Friday 1st Powerpoint presentations will be checked and students will practice in front of the class.
Reading is not allowed.
PRESENTATION MUST INCLUDE:
Explain what the type of film is about.
Main characteristics.
Famous films.
Famous directors and actors.
Every Student from the group chooses his/her own favorite film related to the category and makes a summary of it.
Pronunciation.
Preparedness.
Contents.
Personal appearance.
Work in class.
Grammar.
Answer questions
