Oral Presentation

Topic: Relevant events through history. (Political, sport, artistical, scientific, etc)
Date: Starting on March 29th on.
Groups: Students will work individually.
Length of the presentation: 5 minutes minimum.
Powerpoint: Presented on a CD. Only images allowed.


Presentation Requirements

The event will be chosen by the students freely.
Each person will be responsible for collecting information necessary to fill 5 minutes.
All students will prepare their presentations in class on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th , presenting a written report of the work done. This will have a grade that will affect the final evaluation of the Presentation. Those days the students must bring printed material, books or any publications containing information, which can be in English or Spanish.


Presentation must include

Present the historical event. State:
- Geographical location (with a map)
- Date.
Names of people involved with a short biography of them.
Narrate the event. Use images to support your speech.
State why you chose this event.

Pronunciation.
Preparedness.
Enthusiasm.
Contents.
Personal appearance.
Creativity.
Grammar.
Answer questions.
